margin-bottom: 5px;\">White Certificates<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The incentive system of the <strong>White Certificates<\/strong> or <strong>Energy Efficiency Credits<\/strong> was introduced to promote end-use energy efficiency interventions at a national level. The <strong>White Certificates<\/strong> mechanism involves the obligation for electrical energy and natural gas distributors to reach the annual energy saving objectives set by the Ministerial Decrees of 20<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> July 2004, the Ministerial Decree of 21<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> December 2007 and the Ministerial Decree of 28<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> December 2012. These objectives are expressed in tons of oil equivalent (<strong>TOE<\/strong>); each <strong>Energy Efficiency Credit<\/strong> certifies the achievement of primary energy savings equal to one <strong>TOE<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Energy saving interventions<\/strong> makes one eligible for <strong>White Certificates<\/strong> issued by the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manager of<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energy Markets<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the basis of a communication of the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Manager of Energy Services<\/strong> (MES) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">certifying the savings obtained<\/span>.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are three different assessment methods for savings obtained via the energy efficiency interventions<\/span>:<\/p><ul class=\"lista\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standardised<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analytical<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Final balance<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>White Certificates \u2013 Permits to issue<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"lista\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The installer or end client provides Servizi Tecnici B&amp;G with the technical documentation of the intervention carried out<\/span>.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our technicians study the feasibility of the project and establish the practice at the GSE for free<\/span>.<\/li><li>The MES approves the project and issues the White Certificates that will be sold on the<br \/>Energy Efficiency Market (EEM).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The partner issues invoices and receives the percentage amount of the credit value for consecutive years of useful life.
